Your Identity

Creators retain ownership of their name, likeness, existing accounts, existing audience, existing content, and pre-existing intellectual property except where specifically agreed otherwise.

Access

Creator Uptrend should receive only the access reasonably necessary to perform agreed services.

Appropriate account-security controls should be used whenever available.

Boundaries

Creators establish their creative and commercial boundaries.

Creator Uptrend does not require creators to produce content outside agreed boundaries.

Economics

Compensation arrangements are documented before work begins.

Certain engagements may include ongoing economics where Creator Uptrend originates or materially develops durable commercial value.

Transparency

No hidden fees.

No undisclosed revenue participation.

No fabricated performance promises.

Account Security

Multi-factor authentication and appropriate access controls should be used whenever technically available.

Confidentiality

Creator and business information is handled according to applicable agreements and privacy obligations.

Transition

Ending an engagement does not erase compensation already earned or continuing economic rights specifically established under the applicable agreement.

Access rights should be transitioned or removed according to the agreed process.
